We cannot guarantee that our websites and tools are completely accessible, as the effort involved is uneconomical. Nevertheless, we strive to remove as many barriers as possible. We test our sites with common tools such as Google Lighthouse and use this to fix any problems. We welcome your feedback on accessibility and will endeavor to implement it.

If you are not satisfied with the responses received from the above contact, you can submit an application to the arbitration board set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony to initiate arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Lower Saxony Disability Equality Act (NBGG).

The arbitration board pursuant to Section 9d NBGG has the task of settling disputes between persons with disabilities and public authorities in the State of Lower Saxony on the subject of accessibility in IT. The arbitration procedure is free of charge. Legal counsel does not need to be involved.
